The AirCat is a twin-hull inflatable boat. The tunnel hull between the two tubes gives it noticeably more stability than a single-hull inflatable of the same length, and the open bow leaves a flat platform you can stand on — which is why it is popular with people who fish or dive rather than just cruise.
It is built with Aqua Marina's high-frequency welded tube chambers and a Drop Stitch Light air deck, so it is rigid under way but still light enough to handle without a trailer. Packed into its carry bag with its accessories, it fits on the back seat of most cars.

What is included
The AirCat ships with three items and nothing else:

The boat has one fitted seat. It is rated for 4 or 5 passengers, so if you plan to carry a full crew you will need additional seating — ask us before ordering. An outboard engine is not included, and no repair kit is supplied.
Why a catamaran rather than a single hull
- Stability. Two tubes with a tunnel hull between them resist rolling far better than a single round-hull tender of the same length. This is why the AirCat is used as a water safety craft.
- An open bow you can stand on. The open bow design leaves a spacious standing or resting platform, favoured by fishing and diving users.
- Speed with load. The tunnel hull handles wind and chop at speed while still carrying 400–500 kg.
Choosing between the two sizes
Both are 160 cm wide, so they feel similar underfoot. The differences are capacity and power:
- 2.85 m — HK$5,980: 4 passengers, 400 kg, 5 HP maximum, 30 kg. Easier to carry and store.
- 3.35 m — HK$6,480: 5 passengers, 500 kg, 9.9 HP maximum, 33.5 kg. Only HK$500 more for a full extra person, 100 kg more payload and double the engine allowance.
If you expect to carry four adults plus gear, or want to cruise at speed, the 3.35 m is the better buy — the 5 HP ceiling on the 2.85 m is the real limitation, not its size.

Deflated and packed, the 2.85 m weighs 30 kg and the 3.35 m weighs 33.5 kg, and both fit on the back seat or in the boot of most cars. No trailer, no slipway booking, no marina berth and no monthly berthing fee — which in Hong Kong is the difference between owning a boat and not owning one.
Two maintenance habits matter in this climate: rinse with fresh water and dry the boat completely before packing, because salt left in the seams degrades them and a damp boat packed in Hong Kong humidity grows mould within days; and keep it out of direct sun, because UV is what ages the fabric.
