The Twitter X7 is a carbon aero road bike for riders who want race-bike speed without big-brand pricing. A high-modulus T1000/T1100 carbon frame and full-carbon fork come fitted with 50 mm deep carbon wheels, hydraulic disc brakes and a one-piece carbon cockpit, and you choose one of five groupsets, from a 1×14 wireless build up to Shimano 105 Di2.

Which X7 groupset should I choose?

All five builds share the same frame, wheels and cockpit. Only the drivetrain and brakes change.

  • SENTYEH ES7000 1×14 wireless: a single 48T chainring with a wide 11–46T cassette and no front derailleur. The simplest setup, and the crankset is power-meter compatible.
  • WheelTop EDS TX 2×12 wireless: wireless electronic shifting with a SRAM Rival hollow 34/50T crankset and an 11–34T cassette.
  • Shimano 105 R7120 2×12: mechanical Shimano 105 with 105 hydraulic disc brakes. The easiest build to service at any bike shop.
  • WheelTop EVO TX 2×12 wireless: wireless shifting with a carbon big-pulley rear derailleur, paired with a Shimano 105 crankset, cassette and chain, so wear parts are easy to find. The lightest X7 build.
  • Shimano 105 R7170 Di2 2×12: Shimano's semi-wireless electronic shifting with matching 105 hydraulic disc brakes.

What makes the X7 an aero road bike?

The frame uses aero-shaped carbon tubes, and every cable is routed internally through the integrated carbon handlebar and stem, so nothing hangs in the wind. The RS carbon wheelset has 28 mm wide, 50 mm deep rims on centre-lock thru-axle hubs. Thru-axles front (12×100 mm) and rear (12×142 mm) keep the bike stiff and precise under hard braking, while 30 mm INNOVA tyres add comfort and grip on rough roads.

What size X7 do I need?

The X7 is made in five frame sizes: XS (46 cm), S (49 cm), M (51 cm), L (53 cm) and XL (56 cm). The integrated bar and stem is listed in 380×90, 400×90 and 420×100 mm. Check the geometry chart in the image gallery, or send us your height and inseam and we will recommend a size before you order.
